Sure, Greenman from Boston gets all the pixels, while local longtime fan gets the heave-ho (ironically, for going onto the green part). The only conclusion one can draw--they're just in it for the green.

Any references to Its Always Sunny in Philadelphia are greatly appreciated by me.

I'd set the over/under on # of beers consumed at 7...

That was filmed after the ushers made him put those white shorts on, without them, apparently that outfit didn't leave enough to the imagination (he also had the back zipped all the way up earlier).

Worst GreenMan Ever!
Seriously though... I would have laughed had I seen it live. Hilarious that Stan and Phil had no idea as to the origin.

periculum with a Stan Lee reference!! Outstanding...and very dated!!!

My seatmates and I didn't know the origins either, though we did speculate as to beer consumption.

Was Stan and Riz as befuddled by Lerner shagging fly balls on Sunday? Last time an owner was in uniform: Ted Turner? Was Stan around during that as well?
Someone spiking the water at Nats Park?

I want to see "green man" meets the "leg man", as storied a meeting as The Thing vs. the Incredible Hulk!

Beer consumption ... on the President's thingy? Heck I'll take a good Arneis, if there isn't a Viognier or Gruner Veltiner will do.

From ESPN Insider:
(Aaron Thompson for Nick Johnson looking like
another potential 'steal' for Rizzo?)
The Marlins had no intention of putting hobbled first baseman Nick Johnson on the disabled list, but those plans could change, reports the Miami Herald.
Johnson missed his seventh straight game with a tight hamstring on Sunday and continued to feel discomfort when he tried to run at Turner Field.
A prolonged absence for Johnson could mean more playing time for Ross Gload, who has started four of the last five games at first base.

Don't know if it was your error or MASN's (I'm sure it was theirs!), FloresFan, but I'm assuming that the first Gonzalez in the Nats lineup is actually Guzman. Until further notice, we're still a one-Gonzalez team.

Middle infield defense is gonna be really weak today if Gonzalez is playing both short and second.

That's on McElroy, not FloresFan.

Thanks for posting the lineups. Somebody at the Post must think we are playing at night.

We went from a two-Gonzalez franchise to a one-Gonzalez/one-Alvarez franchise this spring.

"But this is a place that celebrates a losing racing President..."
And a losing team, Mr. Kasten.

Why Willingham in RF and Harris in LF? I'd prefer that to be reversed!

I'm hoping Balester bounces back and gives us six strong innings....but then again, I'm not holding my breath and I won't be surprised if he gets shelled very fast and very early

i was sitting right near this guy. it was very entertaining. especially when the Nats were down 7 runs in the 2nd.
and to the ushers - sheesh, let a guy have some fun, he wasn't hurting anything. the people around him weren't complaining.

Don't know if anyone has checked, but Brian over at NFA has some really good info on who could be called up in September. Very interesting and well thought out speculation by Brian. I swear, NFA is quickly becoming one of my favorite websites.
Brian, you are the man.
