guzman at SS. Wow. A big FU to the blogosphere from Riggles. Just to show us who's boss.

A BIG FU to Riggles when he the 'interim' is replaced by someone new.

Missed on Nieves vs Bard - Dammit.

This line-up should contain an I.D.

Is Rieglman crazy, no Desmond after what happened last night.
The kid is hot, he should be in the lineup for each great day he had like yesterday.
Maybe we do need a new manager

Riggles isn't making Rizzo's job any easier ... with little justification? I'm not sure that lends itself to his job security given that Foli is now with the team and on the bench next to him?

We already knew that, Chico.
Unless ... you meant one from YOU?

@peri (& others): Speculate all you want about the Mgr's job come October 2nd; It's Riggleman's until then.

Josh Johnson's a righty with a 1.107 WHIP. Maybe Riggleman doesn't want to puncture Desmond's balloon too quickly.

He doesn't want to puncture Gooz's balloon. They already asked him to move to 2B and reportedly he was speechless. It might freak him out if they keep starting Desmond. Why else would you put a guy with bunions out there? Because you don't want to hurt his feelings.

Well, of course he pays attention to us. Doesn't everybody?

The fact that Desmond isn't playing tonight is a statement about the hardheadedness of one Jim Riggleman. Who cares about the "veterans" who have "gotten us here." You reward good behaviors; that's what management is all about.
Oh, Riggleman works FOR Rizzo, in case anyone forgot. Why hasn't Rizzo basically told Riggleman what to do with the callups?

@BinM,
Close but he put in Nieves instead of Bard?

Why keep a line up that is now round about 10 games under .500 from when Nyjer went down?
If he is really trying to win games? Why not go
with the hot hands?
