This is great that one of the kids gets a start. Hope he does well.
At least he won't have a huge, distracting crowd to contend with. greggwiggins, nats fan, will likely represent half the crowd. =)

Oops - forgot Detwiler on my list of fresh arms: If you care, my definition of "chunky" comes from total bases allowed per hit allowed.
Nationals' bullpen
Detwiler = 1.45
Clippard = 2.30
Rivera = 1.66
Kensing = 1.76
Garate = 3.00
Bergmann = 1.69
Burnett = 1.79
MacDougal = 1.35
Villone = 1.59
Segovia = [restricted - it could make you tear your eyes out]
Wow - I just ran these numbers & admit suprise at how hard Clippard & Burnett get lit-up when they do get hit.

@NN: More like 60%, since Morse probably has his folks & friends there again.

Desmond hitting second. I just may turn on MASN to see how he handles the assignment. Fifty Before 100!

Desmond @SS, batting 2nd? Okey-Dokey, artichokey. Just looking for a good start from Estrada (5+IP, 3R), because the fresh bullpen arms look a touch "chunky" tonight (Rivera, Kensing, & Segovia from the right, along with Burnett, Villone & Garate from the left.
