John Lannan's pitch count Thursday

John Lannan will have a pitch limit of roughly 100 for his start Thursday at the Colorado Rockies, Lannan's return after skipping one start with swelling in his left elbow. The Nationals still need to see Lannan start to be convinced his elbow troubles are completely behind him. Lannan said yesterday he felt no pain while throwing in the bullpen.

"We just want to see him be John Lannan," Manager Jim Riggleman said. "We want to see him pitch pain-free. That first performance back will be, for me, more about how he feels and how he recovers more than the results of the game."

So this should get him to about the fourth inning, right?
