Hoping for a curly W with Livo on the mound today.
As for last night's debacle: yeah, that one hurt. After his work at the plate and on the field, I was hoping to see Nyjer sporting the Elvis wig after the game, but it was not to be.

Guzman to Harris to Batista ... is that like Tinkers to Evers to Chance? Riggleman must think these guys belong in the HOF.

This should have been the basic line up in all the AL parks...... and when it was called for Morse instead of Harris ...and Bernadina at CF and Morse in RF ........
Something really has to happen .......and NO MORE HAT TIPPING
It is sad when you can say that
Nyjer with a broken hand is better then a healthy Nyjer
Desmond getting the ball is worse then a Desmond who lets the ball through
Guzman is a switch hitter and can make an error from any position on the field
and Zimmerman has confused the role of the Face of the Franchise as from one that gets hits as to one that makes strike outs ..the strike outs or for the other Face of the Franchise

Guzman-DH = not smart; Morse-DH = smart right now, even against a RH.
Why is Guzman in the lineup, other than he's a switch-hitter with an empty BA? At least he's not in the field, where he hurts the team more than helps.

Thank God he left Harris out of the lineup. Now he can pinch hit and we can listen to the announcers say what a wonderful job he has done pinch hitting this year.
