Today's lineup
Against Padres left-handed starter Clayton Richard, the Nationals will go with a pretty standard lineup. Roger Bernadina is on the bench, which likely means his stiff back remains an issue. Manager Jim Riggleman had said he wanted to give Nyjer Morgan back-to-back days off, including yesterday's team off day. Bernadina was to play center today, but Morgan is in there instead.

3. Ryan Zimmerman, 3B
4. Adam Dunn, 1B
5. Josh Willingham, LF
6. Ivan Rodriguez, C

9. Livan Hernandez, SP

Hopefully the standard lineup does not deliver the standard results today... ugh...
Go Nats!

Willie Harris is no slouch in center field. Despite his shortcomings (you know, batting), he would still be just as productive as Nyjer Morgan leading off. Granted, so would Livan Hernandez...probably a better base runner too.
