Today's lineups
Anything that happens today will likely pale to the news that Stephen Strasburg will be shut down for 10 days, but there will be a game played. Scott Olsen will oppose Derek Lowe as the Nationals go for the series win. Michael Morse gets a rare start against a right-hander.

Don't worry, DCguy7, I'm pretty sure Riggo will pull a double switch when he hands in the lineup card.

Looks like Bernadina might have slumped his way out the starting RF spot. He's hitting .207 since he hit his high water mark of .291 about a month ago.

Great news for Morse. All he does is hit, hit, hit. My prediction: Scotty Olsen loses 15 pounds of water weight by the third inning and gets lost inside his uniform.

I'm guessing you didn't predict a final score because everyone knows we're either scoring a run or we're getting shutout so it's kind of pointless.

Mike Morse might be in the Nats line-up a lot at 1st base after Saturday.

Yeah, well, we still have Adam Kennedy starting ....and batting 2nd again! Look, nobody's going to pick him up, so if they're trying to "showcase" him, forget it. If you're not going to play Guzman, then lets get some defense and, by the way, a better bat by playing Gonzalez, who NEVER seems to get "some at bats". Another terrible lineup that will be further ruined by 3-4 double switches.

Would love to see Morse claim a job where he starts at least 75 percent of the time in right and Bernadina spells or replaces Morgan and spells Morse.
So right, Kolchak, so right. God I would love to see Kennedy go, though. It would be great to see Gonzalez get some at-bats as well.
As far as Strasburg, guess I'll be able to get a chili dog quicker now!
