The latest on Stephen Strasburg
The Nationals have scheduled Stephen Strasburg's all-important arthrogram for Thursday. It will take the Nationals roughly 24 hours to review and digest the results, so there will be more information regarding his condition Friday.
The procedure is an MRI exam that involves shooting dye into Strasburg's forearm area for a clearer picture of the area. The Nationals are still trying to figure out what exactly led to a jolt through his arm Saturday night when he threw a changeup. For now, they have labeled the ailment a flexor tendon strain in his right foreram.
