Wow--Morgan batting eighth.

Like shaking up the lineup, but it really should have been done for the first time in late May/June...

Very disappointed that Morgan is in the lineup tonight. After last night's bone-head pick-off, he should sit a few games. Give Maxwell 2 to 3 starts in a row and see if he figures it out or play Harris and Morse at the corners with Bernadina in CF.

Agree, Bill. When a player does something that stupid there should be consequences. Not on this team, though. Which may indicate why the stupidity continues.

Look at the Cards' lineup. We always say Rigs doesn't have the horses, our budget is too small, etc.--and that may well be true--but does this St. L. lineup scare anyone? Except for the very big #3-4 hitters, of course. BTW, Pujols limping markedly running out his groundball last night. With Lohse vs. Hernandez, this looks like a level playing field. Go get 'em, boys.

Livo can't be off two games in a row. Sure hope this bunch can get him some runs. Pudge should do well since it's his bobblehead night.

Go Nats!

Now imagine just how well this lineup hits over the course of next season without Dunn in it. Even with Willingham back - not too good.

The difference is LaRussa & Duncan vs. Riggleman. I'll take LaRussa everytime!

Wonderful. Count on three more strikeouts by Dunn. Why is he in the lineup? He is an absolute automatic out.
