MRI Confirms Finneran Done For Season
The Atlanta Falcons found out today that they'd lost wide receiver Brian Finneran for the entire season because of a knee injury he suffered during practice Sunday. An MRI exam showed that Finneran suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament, as the Falcons had suspected from the moment he injured himself while running a route against rookie cornerback Jimmy Williams during a drill.
