A. Davis Says He's Healthy

Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis said during a hour-long news conference Tuesday that reports that he is in failing health are inaccurate. Davis said he's "very healthy" despite a quadriceps injury that has left him wearing a brace and using a walker.

Davis said the Raiders would listen to trade offers for disgruntled wide receiver Jerry Porter if a team receives a suitable offer and has the $4 million bonus that it paid to Porter this year refunded.

He also confirmed that the Raiders' coaching job was offered to Louisville coach Bobby Petrino during the offseason by a team executive, not him, before he re-hired former coach Art Shell.
