Dawkins, Eagles Agree to Extension

The Philadelphia Eagles and safety Brian Dawkins agreed to a two-year contract extension today, keeping him from being an unrestricted free agent next spring.

Dawkins, 32, is entering his 11th season with the Eagles. He is a five-time Pro Bowl selection.
