Cornerback Champ Bailey and linebacker Al Wilson said they overslept at their homes--they weren't together--when they missed the 11:15 p.m. deadline for the Denver Broncos' players to report to their team hotel in Denver on Friday. Both were suspended by Coach Mike Shanahan from Saturday's exhibition game.

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Peerless Price told reporters that he missed his club's practice Sunday because he misread the team's schedule.
