L. Stephens Back in League With Bucs

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed tight end Leonard Stephens, a Howard University product who was with the Washington Redskins in 2002, after a morning workout today.

Stephens was released by the Detroit Lions in training camp last summer and didn't play in the NFL last season.
