Voting Under Way

NORTHBROOK, Ill.--The owners have begun voting on a new NFL commissioner.

According to a league spokesman, the owners have been through more than one ballot without electing any of the five finalists.

Under the voting procedures established by the owners Monday, Commissioner Paul Tagliabue and the search committee can begin eliminating candidates after three ballots.
