Raiders Have Porter Inactive Again

The Oakland Raiders had wide receiver Jerry Porter on their inactive list for a second game in a row.

Porter was accused of laughing on the sideline when quarterback Aaron Brooks was sacked during the Raiders' season-opening loss last Monday night, and denied the report by saying it couldn't be true because he hadn't been paying attention to the game.
