S. Smith Remains On Shelf

Wide receiver Steve Smith's hamstring woes kept him out of the Carolina Panthers' practice again today, seemingly diminishing the chances that he will play this weekend. He sat out last weekend's season-opening loss to the Atlanta Falcons and hasn't practiced this week.
