Saints Sell Out Entire Season At Superdome

The New Orleans Saints have sold out the entire season at the Superdome, a first in franchise history.

Saints owner Tom Benson made the announcement Tuesday as the team and city prepare to reopen the Superdome with a game Monday night against the Atlanta Falcons.

Benson called on local businesses to allow their employees to leave work an hour or two early Monday so that citizens, whether they have tickets or not, can participate in what Benson said could be a Mardi Gras-like celebration around the Superdome.

Great! But it isn't really like real "fans" bought the tickets. Smells like businesses are being hit-up and some serious arm twisting (and BS'n going on. And how much did they go for? $5? $10? Free?

I think that whether it is businesses or not, the fact that people will be there is fantastic. Every fan in the state got an opportunity to buy a season ticket. Unfortunately I can't because I live in the Northwestern part of the state. I will in fact wear my black and gold on Monday Night watching the game on the big screen. In fact! I need to go but that Jersey quick because they might be sold out. SESSUM!
