Manning Misses Colts' Practice to Attend Grandmother's Funeral

Quarterback Peyton Manning missed the Indianapolis Colts' practice today to attend his grandmother's funeral in Mississippi.

It was the first regular season practice that Manning has missed during his NFL career. He never has missed a game. The Colts have a bye this week, and expect Manning to return to practice either Thursday or Monday.
