Titans Fans Restless... Can You Blame Them?
NASHVILLE--When the Tennessee Titans retired the number of Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon during a ceremony at halftime of today's game against the Dallas Cowboys, Titans owner Bud Adams was booed by some fans as he began to speak.
"I hear you," Adams said, interrupting his speech only briefly before continuing to praise Moon. "Thank you very much."

The Titans actually are the Oilers. Bud Adams pulled an Irsay on and moved the team to Tennessee when teh city would not build him a new stadium...that heartless SOB.
Yeah the Texans are in Houston now and you are right...maybe the ceremony should have been held there as that's where most of Moon's fan's still are.
Another Adam's screw job. I am glad the Titan fans booed him.

Why are the Titans retiring Moon's jersey? Did he play at all in Tennessee? If not, I'd think the Texans have vastly more claim to Moon than the Titans.
Although I suppose this is one of those silly deals where the Titans have claim to all the Oilers' records.
