Chiefs Officially Rule Out P. Holmes Playing This Season

The Kansas City Chiefs officially ruled out the possibility of tailback Priest Holmes playing this season.

He's been on the physically unable to perform list all season because of head and neck injuries, and today was the last day he could have been activated.

The Chiefs continue to leave open the possibility of Holmes, 33, resuming his career next season.
