Shell Not Saying Yet Whether Walter or Brooks Will Start at QB for Raiders

Coach Art Shell isn't saying whether Aaron Brooks or Andrew Walter will start at quarterback for the Oakland Raiders on Sunday at Kansas City.

Brooks has returned from a strained pectoral muscle. Walter took over as the starter for seven games in Brooks's absence but had his mishaps while playing behind the Raiders' pitiable offensive line, and the young quarterback criticized the club's offensive system last weekend following a loss to the Denver Broncos.

Walter issued a public apology today for those comments.
