Hall Talks to Owens and Says He's Putting Spitting Incident Behind Him

Atlanta Falcons cornerback DeAngelo Hall told reporters today that he spoke to Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens on Monday and he's moving on from the ugly incident over the weekend in which Owens spit at Hall.

The two spoke as part of a three-way telephone call with Deion Sanders, the former cornerback who played for the Falcons and Cowboys.

Owens was fined $35,000 by the NFL on Monday for spitting at Hall after a play on the Cowboys' opening drive of their triumph Saturday night at Atlanta.

"As far as I'm concerned, it's over," Hall told reporters.
