Falcons to Launch Coaching Search With Whisenhunt Interview Today

The Atlanta Falcons are scheduled to begin their head coaching search by interviewing Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Ken Whisenhunt today.

The Falcons likely will interview Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Ron Rivera and San Francisco 49ers assistant head coach Mike Singletary in the coming days.

How stressed are the Steelers that all their assistants will be gone before Cowher makes up his mind? Seems like the cheapskate Rooney's ought to just pay the guy.
