Manning Is Predictable Focus of Media Day Attention

MIAMI--Peyton Manning, predictably, drew the biggest crowd of reporters at media day today. The quarterback said he never stopped believing during the Indianapolis Colts' string of playoff failures that he'd reach a Super Bowl eventually.

"I always felt like I would have a chance to play in this game," Manning said. "I always felt like we'd have a team good enough at some point to play in this game. I just had to keep working at it and eventually, hopefully, something would crack through."
