Bengals Decline to Match Browns' Offer to S. Smith

The Cincinnati Bengals announced they won't match the Cleveland Browns' offer sheet to defensive tackle Shaun Smith, a restricted free agent.

Smith goes to the Browns for a four-year deal worth approximately $8 million. The Bengals don't receive any draft-pick compensation.

Smith is the second defensive tackle added this week by the Browns. They also signed Robaire Smith, formerly of the Tennessee Titans, as an unrestricted free agent.
