Receiver S. McDonald Rejoins Martz With Lions

Wide receiver Shaun McDonald left the St. Louis Rams via free agency by agreeing to a two-year, $2.8 million deal with the Detroit Lions that includes $1.5 million in guaranteed money.

McDonald had 106 catches in four seasons with the Rams, including a high of 46 in 2005.

The move reunites him with Lions offensive coordinator Mike Martz, formerly the head coach of the Rams.
