Saints, State Agree to Keep Team in New Orleans At Least Through 2010 Season
PHOENIX, Ariz.--The New Orleans Saints and state officials in Louisiana have agreed to a deal that will keep the franchise in New Orleans at least through the 2010 NFL season.
The two sides agreed to eliminate clauses in the Saints' lease at the Superdome that might have allowed the team to leave.
