Browns Trying to Trade Up For B. Quinn

NEW YORK--Brady Quinn's plummet might end right here.

The Cleveland Browns are offering a third-round pick later today and next year's first-rounder to the Dallas Cowboys to try to move up from the second round and select Quinn, the Notre Dame quarterback.
