Lions Trade J. McCown, M. Williams to Raiders

The Detroit Lions traded quarterback Josh McCown and wide receiver Mike Williams to the Oakland Raiders for a fourth-round pick.

McCown gives the Raiders a veteran option at quarterback.

Williams is a former first-round draft choice who had gotten into disfavor with the Lions' coaching staff.
