Seahawks Agree to Trade D. Jackson to Niners

NEW YORK--The Seattle Seahawks have agreed to trade wide receiver Darrell Jackson to the San Francisco 49ers for a fourth-round draft pick.

The deal is contingent upon Jackson passing a physical with the 49ers.

The 49er's do NOT deserve talent like D-Jack.

I'm going to miss him.

How can the seachickens be so dumb. I love it, making a trade to a division rival whose biggest need is WR. Can you say another sweep of the seahags next season. Thank you seattle.

49ers 2007 --The smart Choice---

Seachickens suck. This is why they will never win a super bowl....while we have 5!

Nolan continues to make the right moves. D.J. is a smart trade. No other reciever drafted in the fourth would have an immediate impact like DJ will for the niners.

Let's class it up a little, folks. I was hoping this trade would not happen. D-jack will be missed by the fans and the players. I hope the rest of the receiving crew is ready to take up the slack. The 49ers got a hell of a player. Let's just hope he is on injured reserve for them as much as he was for us.

At least we can all agree the Rams suck!!!

haha wow. listen to all of these so called football fans talk so much out of there ass. yeah you swept seattle last year. if you want to talk about past years the hawks swept you guys in 05. oh yeah dont you remember that you guys were actually healthy and the hawks had everyone pretty much injured! and we still WON THE DIVISION! its ok though if you guys do get d-jack then thats another injury to add to your team seeing he is hurt ALL of the time. good like 49er fans, you will need it seeing you guys are going to have a salary cap of from hell in the next few years. hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
GO SEAHAWKS!

Let me clue Niner fans in on what they are getting in to. D-Jack is an injury prone player who lacks confidence and team vision. He has got a ridiculas amount of drops, especially in key situations. His only real value to the Seahawks is that he and Hasselbeck have been playing together for so long that they can read each others thoughts. Other than that he whined when we got Branch, he spent a decent amount of the last two years hurt, he lacks concentration on the field, and he couldn't elevate his game when Alexander and Hasselbeck were hurt and we needed a leader.

If you all think he will take you to the promised land good luck with that and your mediocre, overpaid, overhyped QB.

So you swept us? We still won the division. Again. We swept the entire division the year before last too. Half our starters were off the field in '06, not to take away from the Niner's performance, but a much healthier Seattle team won't be as easy. I give them credit, they've steadily improved, and I expect a good rivalry in '07.

this is SanFran's year come on look at there offseason moves, yeah! they were also close to making it to playoffs last year. just don't hirt ur self (Frank Gore, D-Jack) im not going to knock on wood, because the Hawks are my team. 49years old, looked like they tried there best to make it to playoofs, but while the SEAHAWKS were hirt all season long and clearly won the divison let alone, those Bears got lucky. Hawks can make it to playoffs, but 49years old forgot what playoofs looked like.

That's pretty sad at everyone saying how injury prone he is, yet he lead your seahawks last season in receiving, so is an injured D-Jack better than your Branch, Hackett, Burleson, Engram?

Face it the niners have had the 2nd best offseason after the Patriots, the Defense is shored up now with the addition of Clements, Willis, Banta-Cain, and Lewis.

Now expect the offense with one more year under their wings to show some explosiveness, Alex Smith is developing greatly, and expect Gore to run all over the hawks again this year, VD will also hit his groove and make your LB's look like pee wee leaguers. Now with the addition of Hill, D-Jack, and Lelie i smell the changing of the the tides.

frank gore 1695 yards in his 2 year. how many rbacks have ever accomplished that! he can break takles, run over you, catch the ball, make you miss in the open, or closed field.now we are getting ashley lesley to take the place of also take some pessure off gore in the back field I can not wait for my next season as a 9er fan playoffs here we come!
