Saints Fear McAllister Has Serious Knee Injury
New Orleans Saints officials fear that tailback Deuce McAllister suffered a season-ending knee injury during Monday night's loss at home to the Tennessee Titans that dropped the Saints' record to 0-3.
The Saints feared that McAllister suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee. He's scheduled to undergo an MRI exam today.
McAllister was hurt in the first half and didn't return to the game.
He has only 92 rushing yards this season after running for 1,057 yards last season, when the Saints advanced to the NFC title game.
