Bulger Set to Return to Rams' Lineup
Quarterback Marc Bulger is poised to return to the lineup of the winless St. Louis Rams this week.
Backup Gus Frerotte threw eight interceptions in two fill-in starts, five of them in Sunday's loss to the Baltimore Ravens, after Coach Scott Linehan sat down Bulger, who'd been playing with two broken ribs.
The Rams will take an 0-6 record into Sunday's game at Seattle, equaling the worst start to a season in franchise history.
Linehan told reporters Monday there's only a slim chance that tailback Steven Jackson will return to the lineup this week. He's missed two games because of a partially torn groin muscle.
