Culpepper to Start Again for Raiders

The Oakland Raiders are sticking with Daunte Culpepper as their starting quarterback, Coach Lane Kiffin announced Monday.

Culpepper took over for the injured Josh McCown and directed a victory over the Miami Dolphins nine days ago. The Raiders, coming off their bye week, face the San Diego Chargers this weekend.

The Raiders, at 2-2, are alone in first place in the AFC West for the first time since the 2002 season, when the club advanced to the Super Bowl but lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Raiders expect to have defensive end Derrick Burgess back this week after he missed two games because of a calf injury. On Monday, they activated tailback Dominic Rhodes, who'd been suspended because of a violation of the league's substance abuse policy.
