Davis's Sale of Minority Stake in Raiders Ratified

The league's team owners today approved the sale of a minority interest in the Oakland Raiders.

Raiders owner Al Davis is selling a 20 percent stake in the franchise to businessmen David Abrams, Dan Goldring and Paul Leff.
