Falcons Lose Another Offensive Tackle

The Atlanta Falcons placed rookie offensive tackle Renardo Foster on the injured reserve list, ending his season.

Foster suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee during Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints. He'd become a starter because of injuries to fellow offensive tackles Wayne Gandy and Todd Weiner.
