Cowboys Planning to Get T. Johnson Right into Playing-Time Mix

Tank Johnson probably won't have to wait long to get some playing time with the Dallas Cowboys.

The defensive tackle has been activated after serving his eight-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. Commissioner Roger Goodell did allow Johnson to practice with the Cowboys in recent weeks, and Johnson likely will be in the playing rotation as a backup to starter Jay Ratliff in Sunday's showdown for first place in the NFC East against the New York Giants in Giants Stadium.

It's about time. Tank hasn't shot at anyone in a long time. Dr. Zaius even says he's ready to play.
