Garrard Doesn't Appear Ready to Return to Jaguars' Lineup Yet

Quarterback David Garrard made his return to the Jacksonville Jaguars' practice field this week but it looks like Quinn Gray will make a third straight start.

Gray worked with the starting offense during practices and Garrard apparently is not fully recovered from his high ankle sprain.
