Garrard Practices

Quarterback David Garrard participated in his first practice with the Jacksonville Jaguars since suffering a high ankle sprain during an Oct. 22 loss to the Indianapolis Colts.

Garrard had limited participation in Wednesday's practice but it's still possible that he could play this weekend against the Tennessee Titans. Backup Quinn Gray has been starting in Garrard's absence. The Jaguars are 1-1 with Gray as the starter and 5-3 overall. Gray passed for 354 yards and two touchdowns in last Sunday's loss to the New Orleans Saints but also threw three interceptions.

Garrard is the league's third-rated passer, behind only New England's Tom Brady and Pittsburgh's Ben Roethlisberger.
