Garrard to Return This Week for Jaguars?

Quarterback David Garrard will try to convince Coach Jack Del Rio this week that he's ready to return to the Jacksonville Jaguars' lineup this weekend.

Garrard has missed the last three games because of a high ankle sprain. He practiced last week but failed to show Del Rio that he was ready to play, and Quinn Gray remained the starter.

Garrard hasn't thrown an interception in 148 passing attempts this season and is the league's fourth-rated passer. Gray has been more error-prone, with five interceptions this season, but the Jaguars have managed to win two of his three starts.
