Vikings Leaving Open Possibility of A. Peterson Playing This Weekend

The Minnesota Vikings are leaving open the possibility of rookie tailback Adrian Peterson playing this weekend.

Peterson has missed one game since suffering a torn lateral collateral ligament in his right knee. He had limited participation in practice this week.

Chester Taylor started in Peterson's place last weekend and probably will remain the Vikings' primary ballcarrier this weekend even if Peterson plays.
