Setback for Bulger Could Leave B. Berlin as Rams' Starter

The St. Louis Rams could be left with Brock Berlin as their starting quarterback this week after Marc Bulger suffered a setback in his recovery from a concussion.

Bulger was cleared to practice this week by doctors but didn't feel well late Thursday.

Gus Frerotte started in Bulger's place last weekend but suffered a shoulder injury and is unable to throw.
