Week 15 Picks
Thursday Game
Broncos at Texans
The Broncos have been maddeningly inconsistent but still resemble a good team at times.
Pick: Broncos
Saturday Game
Bengals at Niners
Anyone who accuses the league of padding its NFL Network schedule needs to take one look at this matchup and reconsider.
Pick: Bengals
Local Teams
Redskins at Giants (Sunday night)
Todd Collins will keep the Redskins in this one but the Giants are feeling good about themselves these days and find a way to pull it out.
Pick: Giants
Ravens at Dolphins
In a season full of embarrassments for the Ravens, losing to the Dolphins would be the biggest of all. It's possible, but it says here they manage to avoid it.
Pick: Ravens
Lock of the Week
Jets at Patriots
Tom Brady will still be throwing deep to Randy Moss ahead by 56 points with two minutes to go.
Pick: Patriots
Upset of the Week
Titans at Chiefs
The Titans simply inspire no confidence at this point.
Pick: Chiefs
Games of the Week
Jaguars at Steelers
The Steelers bounce back from their dreadful performance at New England.
Pick: Steelers
Bills at Browns
This one has major playoff implications and could go either way, but the Browns simply have more going for them offensively.
Pick: Browns
Lions at Chargers
The Chargers won't have Shawne Merriman and might not have Philip Rivers. But they're playing well now, and they're at home.
Pick: Chargers
Other Games
Seahawks at Panthers
The Seahawks suddenly are playing like the team they should have been all season.
Pick: Seahawks
Packers at Rams
The Packers show no signs of a letdown.
Pick: Packers
Cardinals at Saints
The loser falls out of the playoff race.
Pick: Saints
Falcons at Buccaneers
Why shouldn't the Falcons players give up on their season? Their coach just did.
Pick: Buccaneers
Colts at Raiders
The Colts are starting to resemble their old, reliable selves again.
Pick: Colts
Eagles at Cowboys
The Cowboys nearly slipped up against the Lions last week but will give a better performance in this one.
Pick: Cowboys
Bears at Vikings (Monday night)
The Bears are playing out the string and won't be able to stop the Vikings' running game.
Pick: Vikings
Record
Last Week: 12-4

It is a sad commentary when the coach quits before the season ends. I feel for the Falcon fans and it speaks of the character of the coach (ala abandoning ship before the women and children on the Titanic)- the Falcons will be hard pressed to rally with the loss of their coach and Michael "Dog" Vick.
You write an informative column and I think and appreciate efforts BUT- I would go with Jags, Bills and Lions versus your picks. All scrappy underdogs that have a legitimate shot at a win. And in the crazy world of the NFL- We will see! Thanks for the great blogs and NFL news- keep them coming!
I would pick the

Another wise selection, picking the Browns to win. This should be fun to watch - Cleveland Browns Stadium will be rocking and the snow will be falling.
