Dolphins to Interview Sparano Today

The Miami Dolphins are scheduled to begin their head coaching search today with a planned meeting between their new general manager, Jeff Ireland, and Cowboys offensive line coach Tony Sparano in Dallas.

Sparano is regarded by some observers as the front-runner to replace the fired Cam Cameron in Miami. He formerly worked with Ireland and new Dolphins front office boss Bill Parcells in Dallas.

Sparano also is to interview with the Baltimore Ravens today. He interviewed with the Atlanta Falcons on Friday.

The Dolphins are scheduled to interview Minnesota Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier on Monday.
