R. McKay Staying with Falcons as Team President

Rich McKay signed a two-year contract extension to remain with the Atlanta Falcons as their team president.

McKay was informed earlier by Falcons owner Arthur Blank that he would not be retained as general manager. The Falcons already have interviewed several GM candidates after being rebuffed by Bill Parcells in their bid to hire the former NFL coach to oversee their football operations.
