C. Williams Gets Packers' Franchise Tag

Now it's 11.

The Green Bay Packers have used their franchise player tag on defensive tackle Corey Williams, who would have a salary of $6.363 million next season if he retains the franchise designation.

The Packers also released veteran tight end Bubba Franks.
