Dorsey Denies He Has Injury Issue

INDIANAPOLIS--There are injury questions about LSU defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey, who's regarded as a likely top-five selection--and possible top overall choice--in April's NFL draft.

Some teams reportedly have concerns about a hairline fracture of his right tibia that Dorsey suffered in 2006.

Dorsey said Sunday he doesn't think he has any injury issues. He didn't work out at the NFL scouting combine but he said that was because he'd had to interrupt his training recently because of the death of his grandmother, not because of any injuries. He said he also had a knee injury this past season.

"I played every game since I've been at LSU," Dorsey said Sunday. "... Everybody gets nicked up. That's the way I look at it. Who doesn't go through the season without getting bumps and bruises?"
