Jaguars, Rejected By T. Collins, Land C. Lemon Instead

Quarterback Cleo Lemon agreed to a three-year, $8.1 million contract with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Jaguars got a backup for David Garrard after being rebuffed in their bid to pry Todd Collins from the Washington Redskins. Lemon was a part-time starter this past season in Miami.

The deal includes a $2.95 million signing bonus, and Lemon can earn an additional $4 million in incentives.
