Seahawks' Trufant Becomes 10th Player in League to Get Franchise Tag

It's up to 10 players league-wide with the franchise player tag.

The Seattle Seahawks have used their tag on cornerback Marcus Trufant. He would have a salary of $9.465 million next season if he remains the club's franchise player.

The NFL deadline for applying the tag is Thursday. The New England Patriots still must decide whether to use their franchise player tag on wide receiver Randy Moss.
