Super Bowl Pick
Yes, the Giants do have the elements necessary to remain competitive and perhaps even pull off the upset. They have the pass rushers to bother Tom Brady. They have an offense than can score 35 points against the Patriots. They've already demonstrated that in the regular season finale. But it would take another flawless performance by Eli Manning, and what works against that happening is that Bill Belichick has had two weeks to prepare for a team that he just saw recently. He'll come up with a few wrinkles. He'll give Manning some new looks. Manning will make some mistakes, the Patriots will be remembered as the greatest team in history.

Well most of my picks this season haven't panned out (I had the Saints in the Super Bowl) but I did pick the Pats to go 19-0. I don't see them losing now that they're on the cusp of history.
After watching the Pats Giants from week 17 again I have to think that was not as close at it seemed. That Hixon return was nonsense. The only return for a TD against the Pats this year and the Giants only return (I think) for a TD. Without that the Pats lead at the half and have a 17 point lead when the Giants score a garbage time touchdown.
Add in a healthy right side of the O-line and TE and the ideal conditions and I think we'll see the Pats finish the deal. Final score 38-16. Brady's the MVP with 5 TD passes.
